Hailey McGilligan

Hailey grew up in South-West Victoria and moved to Ballarat in 2022 and it was during her church internship that she met her husband, Jack. They both have shared many roles serving the local church, taking part in the worship team, being Events Co-ordinators, host leaders, and currently leading a bible study group.
Hailey commenced at Ballarat Christian College in 2024 and is enjoying life at the College. Hailey is part of our Administration team starting out as a part-time Receptionist with her best friend, Mrs Phoebe Whittle before quickly moving into the position of Enrolments Officer working alongside our Registrar, Mrs Heather McInerney.
In June 2023 Hailey married Jack, who was a BalCC College Captain in 2020 and is a former staff member. Together with Hailey’s two children, they love to travel, go camping and learning how to homestead.
